Hints and Tips
- Before doing anything, you need to freeze the inner bowl for at least 12 hours. Your Mr Creations’ Ice Cream will not freeze properly if you ignore this step.
- While waiting for the inner bowl to freeze, we suggest making your mix 30 minutes before use and chilling this in the fridge.
- Make sure the lid is on securely (you don’t want any mess!)
- Make sure the machine is turned on before adding the Mr Creations’ Mix.
- DO NOT stop and start the machine during the mixing process – it can cause your Mr Creations’ Ice Cream to freeze too quickly, which stops the paddle from moving (and could break your machine)
- Always make sure the Inner Bowl is thoroughly fry before placing in the freezer.
- Keep the motor running when dispensing your Mr Creations’ Ice Cream.
- When it comes to scraping those final bits of Mr Creations’ Ice Cream from the machine, make sure you only use a wooden spoon or rubber spatula – otherwise you may damage the inner bowl.

Method
Dissolve the 5g of gelatin in 2tbsp of hot water – make sure it is completely dissolved and cooled down slightly.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with the dissolved gelatin. Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
Vegan Recipe
Method
In a blender, blend the soaked cashews, coconut milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and salt together until completely smooth. This should be about 2-4 minutes on high-speed depending on your blender.
Pour mixture into a container to chill in the fridge at least 30 minutes before using as the mixture may get warm from the blender.
Pour the mixture into the inner bowl with the paddle running. Allowing to freeze until desired consistency is achieved.
